Larry D. Hendrix, 61, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 7:30PM in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at 6:30PM in the fellowship hall. Mr. Hendrix was born on May 25, 1953 in Detroit Michigan to the late Donald and Helen Hendrix. He worked for the Department of Defense for thirty-five years and was a member of the American Waterworks Association and proudly served in the United States Army. Survivors include his loving wife Cindy Hendrix and one son Trevor Hendrix both of Bonaire, brother Don Hendrix (Sandra) of PA. sisters Pamela Hendrix, Judy Beach and Deborah Gehring (David) all of VA. and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Heart of Georgia Hospice, 1120 Morningside Drive, Perry, GA 31069 Please go to www.heritagememorialfuneralhome.com and sign the guest book.
