Laura H. Bishop Lifelong resident of Waukesha, died on Thursday, March 31, 2011, at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 86. Laura was born on October 20, 1924, a daughter of Herman and Martha Koeppen. She was a long-time member of St. William Catholic Church, Waukesha. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Laura will be dearly missed by her children, Nancy (Gary) Shaffer-Gray, Harold (Leisa Wynn) Zirbel, and Donald (Mamie) Bishop; grandchildren, LeAnne, Gary Dale, Holly, Harold Jr., Adrian, Tiffany, Sadie, and Trevor; great-grandchildren, Patrick, Travis, Elizabeth, Kenneth, Dalton, Samantha, Aaron, Breanna, Kaylee, Kayla, Kourtney, Robert, Taylor, Josh, Riley, Aubrey, Tiara, Chayze, and Paige; great-great-granddaughter, Alexis; brother, Michael (Joan) Huegel; sisters, Blondie (Stan) Mitchell, Lillian (Bill) Rostagno, Ann (the late Richard) Shirmacher, and Leona (Robert) Orr. Laura is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; parents; brothers, Louis "Bud" and Walter; and sister, Margaret. The Memorial Mass for Laura will be held Thursday, April 7, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The Reverend Curt Frederick will be officiating. The visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass at the church. Burial will immediately follow the Mass at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.
