Lawrence Thomas Goff, 75 age, of New Plymouth, ID died peacefully January 7, 2024 in Nampa, ID. Arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette, Idaho. Lawrence Thomas Goff was born on February 4, 1948 in Bend, Oregon to Charles and Alena Goff. He was the youngest of four children. In 1950 the family moved to Indian Valley, Idaho. Lawrence attended school in Indian Valley and graduated in 1967 from Cambridge High School. Lawrence served in the U.S. Army and the National Guard. In 1974 he started operating heavy equipment in road construction. He met and married his wife Gayle in 1979. Lawrence and Gayle traveled around the Northwest following his career. In 1993 they settled in New Plymouth, Idaho. Lawrence had his own excavation business from 1995 to 2013. After retiring he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. Lawrence also liked working with metal, welding, and fabricating, and he was extremely good at it. He also, like his big garden every year. He is survived by his wife Gayle Goff, Sister Maureen Paszek, sister-in-law Charlene Goff and Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both his parents, Charle and Alena and both his brothers Richard and Michael Goff. He was a good good man and he will be missed.
