April 10th, 1922 - March 30th, 2006
Ricker, Lawrence H., 83, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday March 28, 2006. He was born in Providence, RI and settled here in 1957 after completing his doctoral internships. He served the Bay area as a clinical psychologist in a variety of capacities for 31 years. In addition to his private practice and his community involvement he also served the University of South Florida as a professor for 25 years. He was an active member of the Florida Psychological Association throughout his career. He is survived by his two daughters: Blythe F. Ricker of Bellevue, KY and Lauren R. Connor of St. Petersburg; his son: William L. ?Bill? Ricker of San Jose, CA; his 3 sisters: Marjorie Ricker of Winter Garden, FL, Dorothy Grainge of Land O? Lakes and Barbara Dyer of Winter Haven; one granddaughter: Shannon V. Alexander of Atlanta, GA and one great-grandson: Chase Alexander of Atlanta, GA.
