Mr. Lee Roy Hudspeth Jr. 80, of Greensboro, passed away at his home September 22, 2015. Mr. Hudspeth was born on March 12, 1935 in Fort Bragg , NC to the late Lee Roy Hudspeth, Sr. and Julia Holleman Hudspeth. He was a veteran serving in the US Army during Korea and worked at Higgins Lock and Key where he worked as a locksmith. He attended Old Town High School and Old Richmond High School. He was also a former Winston Salem Police Officer. Surviving are his wife Marianna Braam Hudspeth of the home, daughters Jennifer Wholey and husband Donald of Reidsville, NC, Joan Neumann of Biddeford, Maine, sisters Jan Hole of Toluca Lake, CA, Pamela Hudspeth of Mooresville, NC, Julie Epperson of Rural Hall, NC, one brother Lawrence Hudspeth and wife Bernice of Bethania, NC, grandchildren Cameron, Carrigan, and Carson Neumann, and Natalie Melchoir along with numerous nieces and nephews. Preceeding him in death along with his parents are his daughter Lisa McIntosh, and two sisters Ann Doub and Jean Darnell. No services scheduled at this time.
