KELLY, Mary Leonette Tobin, of Land O’ Lakes, FL formerly of Jamaica Plain, MA passed away on July 26, 2018 after batteling several years with Alzheimer’s Disease. Lee was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Roxbury and received her B.A. degree with a major in Sociology from Emmanuel College in Boston. Lee started her career as a social worker for the Massachusetts Dept. of Corrections. After raising a family, Lee returned to work as an analyst for 20 years with Massachusetts Department of Public Health prior to retirement in 2003. Lee was predeceased by her mother, Mary (McCart) Tobin and her aunt, Dorothy McCart. She is survived by her beloved husband of more than 50 years, John F. Kelly. Devoted mother of John Jr. and his wife, Kelly of Holbrook, Michael and his partner, Denise of Mansfield and Kevin and his wife, Karen of Foxboro. Cherished grandmother of Alyssa, Matthew and Christopher Kelly also of Foxboro, MA. Details of a Mass of Christian burial and interment will take place in Boston at a later date.
