Lena "Lee" M. Arndt, life-long resident of Waukesha, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Muskego Health Care Center at the age of 82. She was born on June 11, 1933, the daughter of Michael and Antonietta Mattiacci. She was a housewife and also worked at Huffy Sports for many years. Lee had the best sense of humor and could make anyone laugh. Above everything else, her favorite thing was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her son, Michael Arndt; grandchildren, Jason (Alix) Kasmarick, Luke Arndt, Christine Arndt; great-grandchildren, Rocco, Ever, and Jude Kasmarick; siblings, Peter (Judy) Mattiacci and Yvonne Griesmer; sister-in-law, Patricia Mattiacci; son-in-law, Dennis Kasmarick; and former daughter-in-law, Debbie Curley Arndt. Lee is survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Bud"; daughter, Patricia Kasmarick; grandson, Timothy Kasmarick; brother, Felix Mattiacci; and brother-in-law, Jerry Griesmer. A private family committal service will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
