Hewitt, Virginia ?Nin,? 84, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday Feb. 19, 2000 at Mariner Health of Pinellas Point after a long illness. Born in Hagerstown, MD, she came here in 1968 from Baltimore, MD where she had worked as a secretary for McDonough Boys School. She was also employed as a secretary for a real estate company. She was a member of Maximo Presbyterian Church and was involved in their ?Hug a Baby? program. She volunteered at All Children?s Hospital and for Meals on Wheels. Survivors include one niece, B. G. Parkes Roehrig, St. Petersburg and one grand nephew, Kris Roehrig, St. Petersburg. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel, St. Petersburg.
