Leona Margaret Brockman
January 6th, 1916 - December 7th, 2011
Leona Margaret Brockman, 95, of Payette, passed away peacefully Dec. 7, 2011 at the home of her daughter in Payette. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Monday, Dec. 12, 2011 at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette with a viewing for family and friends from 2-4 p.m. prior to the services. Interment will take place at a later date in Glen Abbey Memorial Park, Bonita, CA. Services and arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. Condolences may be made to the family at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com. Leona was born Jan. 6, 1916 in Tilden, Nebraska. She was a long time resident of Chula Vista, CA but came to Payette to be with her daughter. She loved working in her flower gardens at her Chula Vista home and visiting her many friends and neighbors. Leona is survived by her daughter Donna (Marvin) Heidelberger of Payette, her son Robert (Sue) Brockman of Alabama, her daughter Jeanette Wolff of Colorado and her daughter Barb (Dick) Bullen in Sisters, OR. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Eric Brockman, her daughter Gloria Meinders, a granddaughter, and a great grandson. Mom, you are deeply loved and missed.
