Murphy, Leonard J., 75, of St. Petersburg and Bradenton, died Friday May 5, 2006 after a brief illness. He was born in St. Paul, MN and moved down here in 2000 from Destin, FL. He owned Murphy Advertising in Ft. Walton Beach for 20 years. He was an Army veteran having served during the Korean War. He was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid barbershop quartet singer, a member of the Kiwanis and of ARC. He is survived by his wife: Lee; his two sons: Kevin, Los Angeles, CA and Shawn, Tampa; two grandchildren: McKenna and Donovan Murphy of Tampa.
