February 6th, 1960 - January 13th, 2011
Lesley M. Horning, 50, of Palatine Bridge passed away, Thursday, January 13, 2011 at St. Mary s Hospital in Amsterdam, with her loving mother at her side. She was born February 6, 1960, in Little Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Lester Spaulding and June Putnam. Lesley was a life time resident of the area, and attended local schools. She was a very caring person and worked as an Aide at local nursing homes and residents. She enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her loving family includes her mother, June Mowers Putnam of Ft. Plain, daughter Tara Whiteman- Fager of Palatine, IL; son and best friend Mark Lee Fisk of Ft. Plain, grand children, Kaeden, Kole and Channing Fager; sister Rachel Millington, and brothers Dale Spaulding, Dana Spaulding, and James Putnam as well as half brothers, Zane and Chad Spaulding. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her father, Lester Spaulding, Jr., she is also predeceased by a brother Harold G. Spaulding. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lenz & Bet Funeral Home, 69 Otsego Street, Canajoharie NY 13317. In accordance to Lesley's wishes she will be cremated and a burial will take place April 30, 2011. Cremation will take place at Vale Cemetery Crematorium in Schenectady. Lesley's Family would like to express their gratitude to Hospice for all their wonderful care and guidance and to a special friend of Lesley, Kevin Rossler.
