Letitia "Lottie" Pasquarelli
November 11th, 1919 - April 5th, 2006
Letitia ? Lottie? Pasquarelli, 86, of Julia St., Amsterdam, passed away Wednesday April 5, 2006 at St. Mary?s Hospital in Amsterdam following a very brief illness. Born in Amsterdam on November 11, 1919 a daughter of Michael and Maria Nicola Carosella Trolio. She was the last surviving child of the Michael Trolio family. She was a lifelong Amsterdam resident and attended local schools. Mrs. Pasquarelli was the Co-Owner along with her husband of their family business Lou?s Electric in Amsterdam for over 48 years. She worked as the secretary and treasurer of the business. She was a parishioner and was active in St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Amsterdam. She was a Member and Past-President of the Columbiettes Auxiliary in Amsterdam. She was a member also of the St. Mary?s Hospital Auxiliary, the National P.T.A. Association and was a former Den Mother of the Cub Scouts. She married her beloved husband Louis Pasquarelli on June 6, 1943. In addition to her husband she is survived by six sons, Robert Pasquarelli and his wife Joan of Averill Park, NY, Anthony Pasquarelli and his wife Linda of Charlotte, N.C., Louis N. Pasquarelli and his wife Kathy of Charlotte, N.C., Joseph Pasquarelli and his wife Ginny of Roswell, GA, Tom Pasquarelli and his wife Karen also of Julia St., Amsterdam and Chris Pasquarelli and his wife Libby of Amsterdam. 15 Cherished Grandchildren, Jesse Pasquarelli, Heather Kress, Andra Ackerman, Christina & Carrie Pasquarelli, Lou & Dan Pasquarelli, Nicola & Alexa Pasquarelli, Tom Pasquarelli Jr., Gina Pasquarilli-Cole, Stephen Pasquarelli, Carla, Maria and Christopher Pasquarelli. 9 beloved great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins survive. Lottie enjoyed being with her family and was especially proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 10, 2006 at 10:15A.M. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15A.M. at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, Grove St, Amsterdam with the Rev. Pascal Iannotti as celebrant. Interment is in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Amsterdam. The family will receive relatives and friends on Palm Sunday April 9th, 2006 from 4-7P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to G.A.V.A.C, P.O. Box 11, Amsterdam, NY 12010 or to Community Hospice of Amsterdam, Manny?s Corners Rd. Amsterdam, NY 12010.
