Lillian Ann Soller
September 29th, 1925 - August 11th, 2013
Obituary Lillian Ann Soller, 87, of Fort Collins, died on August 11, 2013 at a local nursing home. Lillian was born in Roseville, Ohio on September 29, 1925 to Henry and May Fluhardy. She married Gerald Soller and together they had five children. Lillian was a homemaker all of her adult life, when she was not volunteering at places like the Fort Collins Senior Center, Poudre Valley Hospital, Salvation Army and local nursing homes. A very giving person, she really enjoyed helping the elderly and also children. She was always happy when she was helping others. She also especially enjoyed her day trips to Blackhawk with the groups at the Senior Center and going there with her daughter Kathy. Her family meant everything to her. She loved the time spent with her children and grandchildren, who she said completed her life on earth. Lillian was loved by everyone she came in contact with. She was lovingly referred to by daughters Kathy and Susan as their "little angel on earth". She will be missed by many, especially her daughters Kathy and Susan who gave her so much attention and care during her last few years of declining health and were by her side day and night. Their fond farewell "We love you, Mom. We miss you so much, but you live on in us. We'll see you in Heaven." She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Bonnie Soller, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include daughters Kathy (Dennis) Mura of Windsor, Susan (Richard) Soller of Fort Collins and Janet Winland of Ohio, son Larry Soller of Ohio, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. A vigil was held by the family this past week and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
