December 10th, 1946 - April 15th, 2021
Thursday, April 15, 2021 Linda Holcomb Brown, loving wife, sister and grandmother went to be with our Lord and Savior at the age of 74. Linda was born December 10, 1946 in Lafayette, GA to Joseph and Irene Holcomb. As a military child she lived in numerous places, finanlly settling in Charleston, SC. She graduated from Hanahan High School. Linda worked for Gulf Oil, Chevron and Boeing before retiring. She was a member of New Covenant Church of God. Linda was married to John Thomas Brown for 37 years. She had one daughter, Dana Fox, who preceded her in death. Linda was raising her granddaughers Caitlyn and Emma Fox. Linda leaves her husband, two granddaughters, sisters Debra (Phil) Cook, Kathy (Troy) Tokarsky and nephews Jason Cook and Dave Hindman. Visitation will be from 2 - 3 pm Sunday April 25th, 2021 at New Covenant Church of God. Memorial service will begin at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, dontations can be made to New Covenant Church of God 2801 Ashley Phosphate Rd. N. Chas, SC 29418. Arrangements are being handled through Simplicity Funeral Home.
