Linda Kathleen Gremminger
January 26th, 1945 - April 9th, 2022
Linda Kathleen Gremminger, born Jan. 26, 1945 in Alameda, Ca., the loving daughter of Jack and Marge Burns. Linda was a current resident of Magalia, Ca . She peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 9th, 2022 and is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Everett Gremminger. The two were married in Alameda, Ca on July 10th, 1965. Linda was preceded in death by their daughter Deborah Gremminger and is lovingly remembered by her daughters Denise (Greg Cumiskey) & Stephanie (Chris O’Reilly), grandchildren Nicole (Justin DeAnda), Zachary, Alexandra, Anna, Isabella, Grace, Lindsay, Loisa. In addition she is lovingly remembered by her great grandsons Vincent & Matthew, and with her sisters, Beverly Soderling and Marjorie Sherratt., Everett’s sister and brother in law Barbara Saevke and Steve Gremminger (Linda), and numerous nieces and nephews. Linda and Everett moved to Magalia California in 2000 and enjoyed Mountain living ever since. She loved singing with the Mountain Ridge choir and volunteering at her church. She loved playing cards with her grandkids and was always the “Champion of the World”. Visiting her family was always the best of times for her. Linda was kind, loving, caring and always welcomed you as family. Her legacy will live on through everyone she met. A service will be held at the Paradise Lutheran Church, 780 Luther Dr. on Friday April 15th, at 11am. We will also be holding a celebration of life in Linda’s hometown of Alameda this August, 2022. More details TBA. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Paradise Lutheran Church in her honor.
