Centerville, GA- Linda Mullins, age 72, passed away Monday, April 24, 2017 after complications with heart disease, diabetes, and kidney failure. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 3:00PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mausoleum at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Reverend Joe Tessin will officiate. Ms. Mullins was born on November 20, 1944 to the late Nell Oakes and the late Dave McCutheon. She was married to the late Fred L. Mullins. Ms. Mullins had twenty-eight years of faithful service on Robins Air Force Base and retired in 1995 as Division Secretary of the Joint STARS Division. Survivors include her son Michael Keith Mullins (Tammy) of Connecticut; three grandsons, Dakota of TN, Chris Of OK, and Brian of OK; one granddaughter, Ashely of GA; two step-daughters, Tammy and Kim of GA; one aunt, Louise Whelchel of Hawkinsville; one uncle, Wendell “Bo” Oakes (Beth) of Milledgeville; cousin Sandi White of PA; and numerous other cousins.
