Linda G. Roper Feb. 8, 1930 - Feb. 13, 2013 Resident of Martinez Linda passed away peacefully in Walnut Creek on February 13, 2013 at the age of 83. Linda came to this country from Germany in 1957 to marry her true love, Fremont (Monte). She was a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo for 25 years before retiring. Linda loved boating and her Weimaraner dogs. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Monte; her children John and Fred; daughter in law LeeAnn; grandchildren Jessica, Kendall (Mark) Quistgard, Emma, Daniel, Madison and Justin; great grandchildren Tyler and Ryder. A private family service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland on February 26, 2013 at 1:00 PM. Donations in Linda's name to the Hospice of the East Bay are appreciated.
