Lisa J. Gorman

"Newington, CT/ Palmer, MA - Lisa J. (Henrich) Gorman, 57, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on July 10, 2018 in Milford, MA. Born July 24, 1960 in Palmer, MA, she was the daughter of June E. Henrich of Hollis, NH and the late William A. Henrich, Jr. Lisa grew up in Palmer, graduated from Palmer High School in 1978 and attended Westfield State College. She worked for a time at Turley Publications, Windsor Marketing Group and for the past 20 years, she was a customer service representative at Joseph Merritt & Co. in Hartford, CT. After college, Lisa relocated to Enfield, South Windsor, and ultimately settled in Newington, CT where she lived for the past 13 years. In her leisure, Lisa enjoyed cross stitch, reading, watching Law & Order and Ellen, and picking up her guitar to sing when she thought no one was watching. Besides her mother, she will be deeply missed by her two children, Travis Gorman of Vernon, CT and Danielle Gorman of Manchester, CT along with her seven siblings, Catherine Grabowski of Nashua, NH, Jo-Anne Dominik and husband Richard of Palmer, MA, Jacalyn Mercuri and husband Robert Finelli of Medway, MA, Mark Henrich of Ware, MA, Stephen Henrich and wife Liz of Hollis, NH, Beverly Leahy and husband John of Covington, GA, Jill Henrich and partner Joe LaBranche of West Springfield, MA. Many nieces and nephews also survive her. A service to remember her life will be held on Saturday, August 18 at 2:00 PM in the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 North Main Street, Palmer, MA (Rte. 20).
