LoRee Wynne Nomura passed away on February 25, 2023, in Jackson CA at the age of 86. She was born in Salina KS to the late Mary Iva (Harris) and Elmer Henderson. She was proceeded in death by husband Lee, brothers Elwood and Dennis, and sister Mary. She is survived by her loving children, Kim (Manual) Gianandrea, Craig Rouseau, Teri (Michael) Ornellas, Therese Kennedy Grandchildren; Michelle (Travis)Williams,Justin Robello, Paisley (Nick) Palladino, Cassidy Ornellas Glavich, Bonnie, Kayley, Kristopher and great grandchildren; Ava, Bodie, Reese, Hunter, Joelle, and Ford. Sisters; Khabira Gruber of Lawrence, KS and Wilda (Jay) Langley of Olathe, KS. LoRee was a graduate of Salina High School (1954) moved to California in 1964 and more recently to Pine Grove in 1995. She was a generous caring person who loved reading, knitting and was a gourmet cook. She also had a love of music and singing in the choir in her youth. She had a special love of animal, especially her cats and the wildlife that entered through her yard. We will always remember her unusual sense of humor and laughter. She will be missed by all who had the honor and privilege to know her and be loved by her.
