Loretta Regina Grube

Loretta Regina Grube, born April 17, 1936 to Marie and Matthew Michalski, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus on Saturday the 22nd of September 2018. She is preceded in passing by her son, Christopher John Grube, grandson Joshua Matthew Kitzinger and sisters and brother, Regina Sessa, Geneieve Puk and George Michalski. Loretta is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Ron Grube, two daughters Debra Kitzinger of Albuquerque, Lori Grube of Tijeras, grandchildren Jessica and Jacob Kitzinger and Christopher, John, Crysta Grube. Also, numerous great grandchildren. Loretta was born in Brooklyn New York and was a graduate of St. Vincent DePaul High School. She moved to Lindenhurst, Long Island with her parents where she eventually met her husband, Ronald of Baldwin New York. Ronald and Loretta's family resided in West Islip, Long Island for 8 years prior to moving to Albuquerque in 1971 then to Phoenix, Arizona in 1980. They returned to New Mexico in 1984. Loretta had a love for gardening and all of her pets throughout her lifetime. She also enjoyed camping with her family and husband Ron throughout the beautiful state of New Mexico. A viewing will be on Thursday September 27th from 6:00pm-7:00pm, then a Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm at Riverside Funeral Home at 225 San Mateo Blvd. NM 87108. Funeral Mass will be on Friday September 28th 2018 at 1pm at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Pl NE, Albuquerque NM (Lomas and Pennsylvania) followed by interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery (1900 Edith Blvd NE Albuq).
