November 15th, 1928 - March 16th, 2017
Gramm, Lorraine D, 88, of Saint Petersburg, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Westminster Palms. Born in Rochester, NY, on November 15, 1928 to the late Hugh B Drake and the late Anna C. Kesel. She was married for over 50 years to Charles F. Gramm, who preceded her in death. She was a member of The First Presbyterian Church, St. Petersburg Audubon Society, League of Women Voters of St. Pete, St. Petersburg Yacht Club, Sierra Club, Nature Conservancy, and Sodus Bay Historical Society. Lori loved the outdoors, birds, flowers, sailing, and nature hikes. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all who knew and loved her. She always had a smile and positive encouragement for everyone. Lorraine is survived by her two sons, Robert A. Gramm (Ginny) and Jeffrey S. Gramm (Amanda); grandchildren, Mike Gramm (Jen), Sean Gramm (Heather), Jeff Gramm (Lindsay), Julia Gramm, Christina Adams (Eric); and great grandchildren, Jakob, Tim, Connor, Cole, and Holland. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 11:00 am, at Westminster Palms Retirement Facility, 830 North Shore Dr in St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church or your special charity.
