Lory Ray Reimann
November 6th, 1956 - January 10th, 2017
Lory Reimann, son of Ralph Reimann and Lois Reimann, was born Nov. 6, 1956, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Minot, North Dakota. passed away in a worksite accident in Tacoma, Washington, on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017. He began grade school at Velva, North Dakota, and at the age of 8, the family moved to Missoula. Lory was joined by four siblings, Jody Jay, Robin Jody, Brady Jay, and Kristen Lynette. He graduated from Franklin Grade School and entered Hellgate High School, graduating in 1975. Lory loved sports and started playing football at Hellgate. In his junior year, he decided to go to work and got a job working at Hellgate Industries making coats for name-brand coat companies and soon became their machine mechanic. In Lorys senior year at Hellgate, he went to work for Pack River Trucking Company as a mechanics assistant. When Pack River moved back to Coeur dAlene, Idaho, Lory was offered a job and moved with them. During this time, Lory was reunited with a high school classmate, Terri Ann Rusk, and eventually they were married. They were joined by a son, Matthew Ray on July 14, 1989, in Portland, Oregon. When Matthew was 2, Lory started working for Scarsella Brothers construction. Terri was working for Target at the time and was transferred to Spokane, Washington, and they moved there. Lory loved to work and loved his job. He had been a part of the Scarsella family for 24 years. He also enjoyed putting around in his shop, washing and cleaning the cars on the weekends, and playing his guitar and bongo drums. His Harleys were also a big interest of his and he loved ride as much has he could, work allowing. Terri passed away March 5, 2009, leaving Lory and Matthew to start a new life together in Seattle. He is survived by his fiance, Kimberly Sadler; son Matthew; Kimberlys children, Jordyn (grandbaby Anyia), Nicholas and Kasey; brothers, Robin (Ginger), and Brady; sister Kristen (Tim); father Ralph; mother Lois; uncles, Gary and David Anfinson, Arvid Reimann; aunt Violet (Jack) Powers; as well as many nieces and nephews. Lory was preceded in death by his wife, Terri Ann Reimann; aunt Delores Kuhnhenn; brother Jody Reimann; nephew Trevor Reimann; niece Abigail Reimann; grandparents Hannah and Lester Anfinson, Bonnie and Buster Rusk, John and JoHannah Reimann. A celebration of life will be held at the Kent Event Center, 10120 SE 260th St, Kent, WA 98030 Saturday January 21, 2017 from 11:00am to 3:00pm. A celebration of life was held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 2512 Sunset Lane, Missoula, on Monday, Jan. 16, at 11 a.m. Reception to follow immediately at the Eagles Lodge at 2420 South Ave. W., Missoula. He is loved and will be missed.
