77, of St. Petersburg, died Monday, Feb. 21, 2011. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, and came here in 1982 with his wife, Anna. Louis worked as a U.S. Customs Broker for many years in New York City. He was a longstanding member of the Elks Lodge number 1224. He was a United States Army veteran. Louis' passion was his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Rose DeMalio. He is survived by his wife, Anna; his daughters, Roseanne, Camille and Joan; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Louis & Cheryll, Christine & J.T., Michael & Tracy, Anthony, Matthew, Mitchell and Joey; his great-grandchildren, Kaine and Louis; son-in-law, Jerry; he is also survived by his sisters, Rosalie and Josephine. A visitation will be held on Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 from 6-9 pm at the 7820 38th Avenue North location. A funeral mass will take place on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 at 10:30 am at St. Paul's Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice or St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church of St. Petersburg.
