Louis A. DeSieno

Louis A. De Sieno, III, 54, of Hayward, California passed away suddenly on February 28, 2013 at St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, CA. He was born in Agawam Massachusetts, the son of the late Louis A. Jr. and Marie De Sieno. Louis is a life time resident of Massachusetts and graduated Agawam high school. He is a graduate of Bentley College and had a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Louis was a banker for many years for several different banking establishments, most recently of HSBC Bank in San Francisco, CA. Louis enjoyed the Summer months and warm weather, which brought him to California, but he would always return to New York for the Summer to spend time at the Saratoga Race Track. His passion for golf always spurred great competition, conversation and laughter amongst all he played with. His love for baseball, football and the NY Yankees, and NY Jets always kept NY close and in his heart. Louis is the beloved God Father of Aimee Maryzak Eric of Clifton Park NY, as well as God Father to Nicholas Longo of Schenectady NY. He is also survived by his aunt Nellie Aragona Anthony, uncle Vito Dandreano Sarah, aunt Joyce Annone Pete along with several cousins, Marco and Anthony Zumbolo, John Poremba Sr., Ursula LeGere, Gina Longo, Anthony Aragona Jr., Donna LeClair and Joe Annone, and several second cousins in NY and MA. A funeral service for Louis will be held Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 11:30 am at the Betz Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam NY 12010. Family and friends are invited to visit from 10AM until 11:30am before the service. Rev. Pascal Iannotti will officiate. Burial will follow at the Agawam Center Cemetery, 820 Main St Agawam, MA 01001. Contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, 440 New Karner Road, Albany NY 12205.
