Louise Caudle Tuttle

Louise Caudle Tuttle, 91, of Huntersville, NC (formerly of Charlotte for 53 years), died Friday August 27, 2021, at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, NC. She was born March 17, 1930, in Winston Salem, NC, daughter of the late Ruben Gray Caudle and Ruth Morgan Caudle of Germanton, NC. She attended Germanton High School and later received her GED at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte. Louise was a faithful member of Carmel Baptist Church for 50 years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dexter D. Tuttle. She is survived by her 4 sons and their families. Dan Tuttle, Charlotte, NC, Neil Tuttle, Huntersville, NC, Glenn Tuttle, Belmont, NC, and Fred Tuttle, Kings Mtn., NC, and Panama. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Jo Ann Darby (Allan), Dallas Coggins-Tuttle (Scott), Morgan Coggins-Tuttle, Lauren Coggins-Tuttle (Dan), Justin Coggins-Tuttle (Annie), Dexter Coggins-Tuttle (Madeline), Chris Tuttle (Peggy), Megan Tuttle, Jesse Tuttle, and 3 great grandchildren, Cade Tuttle, Kaylee Tuttle, and Delilah Coggins Tuttle Hendry. A service to celebrate her life will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Carmel Baptist Church, 1145 Pineville-Matthews Rd. Matthews, NC., with the Reverend David Dixon officiating. A private interment will be held at Sharon Memorial Park.
