Lowell Moe Lowell Moe went to be with the lord on September 29, 2015 at the age of 89, he died peacefully in his home with his son by his side. He was born July 1, 1926 in Bemidji, MN to his beloved parents Rudolf and Emma Moe. He is one of five children. He is survived by his brother Harold, sisters Margaret Hauge and Ruby Hoff; his wife Leona of 67 loving years and their four children and their spouses: Priscilla Safley of Aurora, OR, Dennis Moe of Eugene, OR, Cindy and Wally Wolf of Richfield, WI, and Kim and Gary Anderson of Fort Collins, CO, Ten Grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren. Lowell is preceded in death by his Brother Arne Moe, grandson Jacob Wolf and son-in-law Mark Safley. Lowell retired in 1990 from the 4J school district to end his accomplished career. He and his family have been members of United Lutheran Church since 1963. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 13th at 2:00pm at United Lutheran Church. Condolences may be sent to United Lutheran Church 2230 Washington St. Eugene, OR 97405.
