Lyle Edward Holm

Lyle Edward Holm, born December 18, 1954, to Edward Holm and Lavonne Worley in Greeley, CO, finished his earthly journey on June 14, 2023. Lyle was a spirited man who was always having fun, joking aroud and telling embellished stories. He was a hard working man with jobs like working in the oil field, working as a handy man and working in the rental property industry in management, and eventually ownership. He had many hobbies he enjoyed, such as collecting and working on classic cars, creating furniture out of classic cars and vintage pop machines, collecting antiques and Coke memorabilia. Mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his large family. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. He also had nick-names for most of his grandchildren, relating to cars. Jeremy Cameron- Camshaft, Sean- Block, Ashten- Piston, Kaybree- Spark Plug or Sis. Lyle is survived by daughter, Sarah May Santos(Tony Santos); daughter-in-law Kari Holm; seven granchildren, Jeremy Cameron Holm, Sean Michael Holm, Ashten Eugene Breuer, Kaybree Jean Breuer, Nathaniel Isaac Santos, Carlea Tyri Pearl Santos and Makayla Grace Santos; sisters Loretta Wolfe of Alaska, Donita Nicholes of Johnstown, Lois Yriarte of Greeley and Ethel Beckey of Greeley; many nieces and nephews; step-brother Larry, Roger Bowman; half sisters Cherri and Barbara and half-brother Paul. Preceeded in death by his son, Jeremy Douglas Holm; father Edward Holm; mother Lavonne Goehring; step father Fritz Goehring; three sisters; two half-brothers and two step brothers. Lyle always said " We cry when we come into this world and party when we go out" Lyle's Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 23 2023 at Northern Colorado Crematory, 700 8th St Greeley, CO 80631 at 11am.
