Centerville, GA: Mrs. M. L. Ross, 73, passed away in a local hospital on Wednesday, February 1st, 2012. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 6th, 2012 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 at 10:00 AM with interment in Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery Milledgeville, GA at 2:30 PM. Marie was born on June 21st, 1938 to the late Mr. Roy W. and Fannie Alice Silveous Bucklew. Marie was predeceased by her husband Larry Eugene Ross in November 2002. Marie was a retired secretary from the Daily Sun and the Byron Gazette. Survivors include her children Shelia Kahley of Centerville, GA; Larry E. Janis Ross II of Natchitoches, LA; three grandsons Chad and Aric Kahley, Centerville, GA and Gene Ross of Natchitoches, LA. Also surviving are Four Great Grandchildren and numerous brothers and sisters. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Lung Association, 2452 Spring Road, Smyrna, GA 30080. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
