Frankfort, KY Madonna Ueltschi Osborne, 76, widow of Jesse Osborne, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Born in Frankfort, KY on June 19, 1939 to the late Gilbert Ueltshci and Hallie McCoy Ueltschi. She was retired from the Kentucky State Government. She is survived by her sons Terry Eimen (Theresa), IL; James (Dawn) Perkins, Frankfort; Brish (Reena) Perkins, Frankfort; Brian Osborne, Frankfort; her brother Tommy (Peme) Ueltschi, Frankfort; her grandchildren Hallie Perkins; Jessie Eimen; Winter Ann Lovelace; Brish Perkins; and 4 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband Edward Perkins; and her brother David Ueltschi. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Monday, March 21, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. Chaplain Lisa Heuser will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00am until start of service at the funeral home.
