MARGARET M. DeFEO Margaret Mary DeFeo, 68, of Englewood died Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at her Charlotte County residence. Born on May 14, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Daniel and Marie (Monroe) Parr she had been a resident of Englewood for four years coming from Albrightsville, PA. Mrs. DeFeo was a loving wife, mother and homemaker for her family. She was a devout communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Parish and an active participant of the St. Francis outreach and pro-life programs. Survivors include her loving husband of forty-eight years: Pasquale "Pat" DeFeo of Englewood, FL; two daughters: Patricia A. DeVincenzo of Royersford, PA; Teresa M. Machalick of Mountain Top, PA; one son: Joseph A. DeFeo of Randolph, NJ; her mother: Marie Parr of Warminster, PA; four sisters: Mary Perry of Harleysville, PA, Frances Domeracki of Willow Grove, PA, Christina Leese of Langhorne, PA, Patricia Parr of Williamsburg, VA; three brothers: Joseph Parr of Warminster, PA, Daniel Parr of Ormond Beach, FL, Michael Parr of New Smyrna Beach, FL and eight grandchildren. She is pre-deceased by her father, Daniel Parr and three sisters, Geraldine Buford, Theresa McLean and Eileen Trofi. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 10 Am at St. Francis of Assisi Parish. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery in West Conshohocken, PA. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Outreach Program, 5265 Placida Road, Grove City, FL 34224 in memory of Mrs. DeFeo.
