Margaret Elizabeth Lordon
September 27th, 1940 - January 15th, 2022
Margaret Elizabeth Lordon, 81, entered into eternal rest in Tucson, Arizona on January 15, 2022. Born September 27, 1940 in Tucson, she received bachelors and masters degrees in religious education, and went on to also receive an additional masters degree in biblical studies from Chicago Theological Union. Margaret spent 20 years as a Sister with the Eucharistic Missionaries of St. Dominic and devoted her entire secular and religious life to God's people; In particular the marginalized and impoverished. She is survived by her brothers Joseph and Stephen (Gretchen) Lordon, and her niece and nephew Claire and Ross Lordon. Memorial Mass will be offered at 10:00 AM on Saturday January 30, 2022 at Our Mother of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church 1800 South Kolb Road, Tucson. As her request was for her mortal remains to be donated to science, future inurnment will take place in Holy Hope Cemetery.
