Margaret McCutcheon
Margaret, 68, passed away at her home in Olympia, Washington, on November 14, 2013. She was born December 27, 1944 to Leonard and Lois Walters in Palo Alto, California. Margaret married Charles F. McCutcheon on May 19, 1963 in Lawton, Oklahoma. They traveled with his 20-year Army career. Charles retired in October 1979. Margaret and Charles moved to Olympia in 1979 where they raised their family. Margaret worked as Lead Trainer for the Department of Labor and Industries from 1992 until 2013. She had an intense love of life and animals. She enjoyed spending time with her family and taking walks on the beach and hikes in the woods. Margaret also enjoyed the atmosphere and excitement of local casinos. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Charles F. McCutcheon; and her daughter, Veronica L. McCutcheon. She will be missed by her son, Michael E. McCutcheon; daughter, Jeanette I. McLeese; and other family and friends. The family suggests memorial donations be made to Thurston County Animal Services, 3210 Martin Way East. Olympia, WA 98506.
