McQuillen, Margaret Carey 85, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, May 15, 2009, at home. Born in Oklahoma City, OK, she came here in 1936 from Chicago. Margaret attended William and Mary College and was a Kappa Alpha Theta. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church, the Junior League of St. Petersburg, The Stuart Society, Museum of Fine Arts, Red Cross, and St. Paul's Women's Club. Margaret was also a mayoral appointee to our city's Social Services Allocation Committee. She is survived by her husband, Harry A. "Art" McQuillen, Jr.; sons, Art Chris, Laurence, Nin, John Tish; sister Mary Carey and a granddaughter, Nicole. There will be a visitation from 6pm - 8pm on Sunday, May 17th at Anderson-McQueen, 2201-Dr. M.L.K. St. N. A Funeral Service will be held at 10am on Monday, May 18th at St. Paul's Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to PARC.
