On Tuesday, August 30, 2016, Marguerite M. "Mickie" Williams, passed away at age 81. Marguerite of Silver Spring, MD, was preceded in death by her husband Ray D. Williams. "Mickie" was born in Washington, DC, the daughter of the late Robert R. Minter and Bernice "Granny" Minter. Immediate survivors are her sons, Robert R. Shipley and his wife Valerie of Cooper City, FL; and Don L. Shipley and his wife Desiree of Canyon Country, CA. Inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery at a date to be determined.
