Marian L. Didion. August 28, 1920 – July 2018. Of St. Paul, passed away peacefully at the age of 97. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry, their first-born infant son, daughter-in-law, Jean Didion, parents Floyd and Emily Tucker, brother Wally Tucker and wife Ce, and sister Mavis Rush. She will be greatly missed by her children, Terry Didion, Shoreview, Randy (Larry) Gerdin, Hudson, WI, Mary Beth Didion, Eau Claire, WI, and Greg (Katie) Didion, Lincoln, CA; five grandchildren, Marcus Didion, Lindsey Didion, Matthew Gerdin, Melissa (Steve) Vander Louw, and Megan (Perry) Mortensen; four great-grandchildren, Ava, Nina, Jack and Lucas Vander Louw; and brother-in-law Melvin Rush. She was an executive secretary at 3M for many years. She and Henry enjoyed traveling the world prior to his death in 1991. Visitation 4-8PM Wednesday, July 18 at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Avenue, St. Paul, 651-228-1006 with the Funeral Service at 5PM. A private interment at Fort Snelling will be held at a later date.
