Marie Barbour
October 20th, 1926 - April 9th, 2014
Marie Barbour a resident of Cocoa Beach, FL since 1985 and former resident of Bristol, WI passed away on April 9, 2014. She was born in Macon, MO on October 20, 1926 daughter of Mike and Dollie Bruno. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband of 55 years, William F. Barbour. Marie is survived by her son and daughter in law Jim and Tami Barbour, her daughter and son-in-law Carol and Bob Tate, Brother and sister-in-law Floyd and Evelyn Bruno, sister-in-law Billie Lidik, 6 -grandchildren, Tina, Jason, Shannon, Bill, Stephanie and Michael, 4 -great grandchildren, Cody, Gavin, Andrew and Delilah. Marie was secretary and accountant for Newport School in Wadsworth, IL for 25years. Marie ended her career in education as a substitute teacher in Cocoa Beach. Marie was enthusiastic about life enjoying many outdoor activities and travel. She especially enjoyed her walks on the beach. Marie loved her family and friends, all of whom will miss her. Funeral preparations are being handled by Beckman-Williamson of Cocoa Beach with a private memorial service and internment in Kenosha, WI. Our family wants to thank the staff at Jacobs's ladder for the loving care they provided for Marie.
