Marie Francoise Mona Barolette Canelle

Marie Francoise Mona Barolette Canelle, 66, of Ocala, Florida passed away at his home surrounded by family on November 2nd, 2023. She was born on May 20th 1957, the daughter of Charles Annibal Barolette and Elizebeth Joseph. Marie Francoise was a native of Gonaives, Haiti before moving to Montreal, Canada in 2003. In December 1982, she married her loving husband, Didier Arnault Canelle., and together the two shared many years of love and happiness. Marie Francoise was a graduate of the State University of Haiti in pharmacy and worked for many years as a teacher of chemistry at Lycee Petion-Ville and also as a chemistry laboratory professor at La Faculté d’Agronomie et de Médecine Vétérinaire in Port-au-Prince Haiti. Marie Francoise further pursued studies in Canada where she worked as a Canadian Vocational Nurse for many years. As she retired, Marie Francoise traveled to the United States in Florida occasionally to spend time with family members. She enjoyed sewing in her free time and was a God-fearing woman throughout her journey in life. Marie Francoise's life with her family was everything meaningful to her from all family members. Marie is survived by her loving husband, Didier Arnault Canelle; her children, Didier Canelle, Arnault Canelle, and grandchildren, Noah Canelle. Siblings, Marie Claire Gracieux, Marie Nelson, Elizabeth Barolette, Altagrace Jean-Bapiste, Eder Barolette, and Nirva Barolette. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Annibal Barolette and Elizebeth Joseph. A funeral service for Marie Francoise will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services (9695 SW 110th Street,Ocala, FL 34481) on Saturday, November 11th 10:00 am.
