Marie E. Dopp

Dopp, Marie Elizabeth, 85, of St. Petersburg, FL and formerly of Cincinnati, died Monday, November 6th, 2000 of pulmonary failure at her home under the care of her loving family and Hospice. She was a native of Cincinnati where she was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She was an organist for many years in churches in the Cincinnati area. She retired as Office Manager for International Fruit Company in Cincinnati after more than 50 years of service. She moved to St. Petersburg in 1984 and was an accompanist for the Village Green Mobile Home Park Choral Club and played for the Church At Village Green on occasion. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Del; 3 stepsons, William Dopp of Milford, OH, Donald Dopp of Palm Valley, FL, Doug Dopp of Mason, OH; 2 stepdaughters, Nancy Meyer of Cincinnati and Mary McEachern of Rockville, MD; her brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Mildred Spicker of Mason, OH; 3 nephews, 1 niece, 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in Cincinnati at a later date. Inurnment will be at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati. The family prefers that memorials be sent to the Hospice Of The Florida Suncoast, 300 East bay Drive, Largo, FL 33770. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes-McLeod Chapel in St. Petersburg, FL is in charge.
