Marie McCool (nee Schriver), 53, of Thorofare, New Jersey, passed away surrounded by family on Monday, September 9, 2024.
Legacy
Marie was known for her genuine love and compassion, dedicating her life to kindness and advocacy for those in need as demonstrated by her 23 years of service at Bancroft. Her daughter, Elizabeth, was her greatest pride and joy. As Elizabeth would describe, Marie was exceptionally loving, protective and selfless. In addition to her nurturing spirit, Marie thrived in a world of creativity. Her numerous hobbies included crocheting, painting, making floral arrangements, reading novels and immersing herself in puzzles and Nancy Drew games.
Family
Marie is the devoted mother to Elizabeth McCool. Beloved daughter to Marie (Burness) Augelli, Mike Augelli and Paul Schriver. Dear sister to June Gamble, Michael Augelli, Jennifer Moore (David) and Paulie Schriver. Loving Aunt to Chelsea (Emilio) and Alyssa. Cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Her light will continue to shine over the people she held dear to her heart and her memory will remain everlasting.
