Marion Jillson

Marion L. Jillson, 70, of Edgewater, FL (formerly Syracuse, NY), died Thursday, February 21, 2019, after a short, but brave, battle with lung cancer. Born in Syracuse, NY on December 22, 1948, Marion is survived by her husband of 49 years, Roger W. Jillson, a son, Brian Jillson (Lisa) of Minoa, NY and a daughter, Tracy Sherwood (Eric) of Syracuse, NY. She is also survived by her seven beloved grandchildren, Anthony, Trevor, Mariah and Mikayla Jillson and Gabrielle, Rachel and Ryan Sherwood, along with one sister, three brothers, many nieces, nephews and cousins. Marion’s greatest joys were her family and friends, being on the beach or poolside, fishing, boating, gardening, sightseeing, traveling and bird watching. Visitation will be on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 4:00-7:00 pm. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 9:00 am. Both will be held at Ballweg &Lunsford Funeral Home, 4612 S.
