Marisa L. Howard, 20, passed away May 8, 2020. A Walk Through visitation for her family and friends will be held from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Friday evening May 15, 2020 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home in Kernersville, NC. Friends are encouraged to come at 7:00PM Friday evening to “sign” her casket and create a message of farewell in writing. Interment will be in the Mt. Gur Cemetery. A native of Rock Hill, SC, Marisa is the daughter of Rhonda Walter Howard and Kenneth Howard. Survivors including her parents, are her brother, Jade Howard of Kernersville; nephew, Cole Howard; maternal grandparents, Robert and Charlene Walter of Barker, NY; paternal grandmother, Carolann Ross of Folsom, California; aunts, Darlene Edelman and Mark, Cassandra Achtziger and Donnie, Shelly St. Onge and Aaron, and Cynthia Walter; uncle, Rob Walter and Lisa; and numerous cousins and extended family and friends.
