On January 6, 2010, age 79, Ann passed away peacefully at Holy Cross Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Newsom Jr. of Hyattsville, MD; her sons Gregory Newsom of Springfield, VA and Mark Newsom of Providence, RI; daughters-in-law Naomi and Lisa; and two grandsons, Christopher and Steven; and numerous family and friends. Funeral services will be held on January 12th at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Rock Creek Church Road & Webster Street NW, Washington DC 20011. Visitation from 10:00-11:00, service at 11:00 and interment immediately following in Rock Creek Cemetery.
