Dear Mr. Birnbaum and Family, I am so sorry for your loss! Mark was a good, smart colleague and business friend, and I am sad to have lost him so suddenly and already miss his phone calls. He was always trying to help my clients find funding and I appreciated his strength and straightforward communication. I was always glad to hear his voice (we never met in person) even when we had to discuss difficult business issues. We will make every effort to carry on the work he wanted to fulfill and honor his memory. I am praying that you can find solace in your memories even in your grief. Peace and blessings, Dr. LInne

So sorry to hear about Mark. I went to WWPHS with him and he was in many of my classes. Was recently thinking about him and his dry sense of humor!

So very, very sorry to hear of Mark's death. We attended West Windsor-Plainsboro HS together, class of '78. He was a quiet, sweet soul. Sending my condolences to his family and friends and hope that you may find some peace.

I just went looking for you, my friend, and I am shocked by the news. I'll always remember the Paul McCartney concert at the GWF- such a last minute, spur-of-the-moment decision. We had many late night, deep conversations, and some great after-work drinking sessions. You were always a very good person and touched a lot of hearts and souls. We'll see each other again.
