South Hadley - Mark A. Patruno, 73, passed away June 25, 2022 at his home. He was born on Sept. 29, 1948 in Holyoke, MA to Joseph and Cecelia (Wudyka) Patruno. Mark was a lifelong resident of South Hadley and also lived in Chicopee for a few years. He owned Mark's Fencing for many years as well as worked for area fencing companies as an installer. Mark was a simple man who loved watching TV, playing Keno and enjoyed a good beer. He was also an avid Yankee fan. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Susan (Brittain) Patruno and his son Jeff Patruno. He is survived by two daughters, April Shultz (Keith) of TN and Amber Patruno (Tanya) of Chicopee. He also leaves his three siblings, Valentina Patruno, Christina Kirk and Jay Patruno. Six grandchildren, Ryan-Sue, Jessica, Kyle, Shane, Alyssa and Ethan and 3 great grandchildren Leighton, Kannon and Jack and many nieces and nephews also survive him. Calling hours will be held on Fri., July 1, 2022 from 4:00PM - 7:00PM at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
