Mark Waugh, 61, passed away early in the morning on Saturday, May 23, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife Annie Waugh, son and daughter-in-law Michael and Allison Criscione, Mother Edith Waugh, and 6 siblings: Leslie Waugh, Wenonah Lilley, Lelia Harris, Marchetta Waugh, Alesia Psolla, and Mark D. Waugh. Mark was an amazing carpenter, and he loved fishing in the low country. He was full of compassion for animals in need. We will miss you always Mark, and will love you forever! The family asks that you make a donation to an animal shelter of your choice or simply do an act of kindness for a friend in memory of Mark.
