July 21st, 1954 - May 17th, 2006
Kauffman- Marla 51 of Valrico, formerly of St. Petersburg passed away Wednesday May 17, 2006 at her home. Born in Hazelton Pennsylvania, she was a graduate of the Florence Melton School in Columbus Ohio, and moved to the Tampa Bay area in the early 1980's from Asheville, North Carolina. She was the co-owner of Sunbelt Transport and Delivery Services, Inc. She attended Congregation B'nai Israel of St. Petersburg and was a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Survivors include her husband Robert; two daughters Stacy Peters of Clearwater and Allison Kauffman of Tampa; a son Matthew of Treasure Island; her father Louis Dubinsky of South Pasadena; a brother Mayer Dubinsky of New York City; two sisters Ilsa Myers of Amherst MA and Dawn Goodfriend of Atlanta GA, and one grandson Mason Peters of Clearwater. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Beth David Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Graveside services will be 12 noon Friday, May 19, 2006 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Largo with Rabbi Jacob Luski, officiating. The family suggests memorials, in lieu of flowers, to LifePath Hospice, Tampa. Service Information
