Marlene Harden

Marlene Harden January 19, 1935 – June 16, 2021 Age 86 of Maplewood passed away peacefully June 16, 2021, with her family by her side. Preceded in death by parents, Alfonse & Ella Metz; siblings, Jack and Jean; infant great granddaughter, Chloe. Survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Duane; son, Mark; daughter, Nancy; 6 grandchildren, Jason (Christie), Jim (Jenn), Kristi (Chris), Matt (Kelly), Michael, and Kelly (Tim); 11 great grandchildren, Logan, Bryce, Lucy, Everett, Madi, Kenzie, Mathew, Micah, Malena, Kinleigh and Rylin; siblings, Jim Metz, Mark (Diane) Metz, and Ellen (Ron) Wildman. Marlene was a hard worker throughout her life and spent the last 25 years of her career with Polar Plastics in Oakdale, MN. Marlene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She had a love of the outdoors and animals. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing, golfing, traveling and time with friends and family. She had a kind and generous soul and a fun-loving spirit. Marlene will be dearly missed by those whose lives she touched. A small, private family service will be held Thursday, July 1st. The family invites you to join them afterwards for food, drinks & fellowship at the American Legion in North St. Paul from 4:30-7:30PM.
