Mr. Martin Milton Bachner, 98 of Clearwater, formerly of Largo passed away March 4, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Rita. Martin was from Brooklyn, NY where he was a 35 year veteran of the NYC Fire Dept. working as a Marine Engineer. Martin moved to Largo to be near his daughters who survive him, Karen Bachner, Ann Allen, Mary Winstead. He is also survived by nieces Judith Weinerman, Grace Poggi, Marlene Garber, Leatrice Berger and nephew Clark Bachner. Cryptside service will be 11 AM on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5750 49th St. N., St. Petersburg. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel in St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
