Marvin "Mendal Lazer" Leonard Sugarman
November 7th, 1931 - August 8th, 2013
Marvin Leonard Sugarman, age 81, of Henderson, passed Thursday, August 8, 2013. Marvin was born November 7, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Max and the late Anna (Holtzman) Sugarman. He served in the Army during the Korean War from 9/7/1951 to 8/19/1953. Marvin loved to play poker, golf, and to go swimming. He was a joker and loved playing with his grandchildren. Marvin also enjoyed cooking and always did so for his family. He also enjoyed going to the movies and barbequing. Marvin belonged to the Jewish War Veterans, and was also a member of Post 65. He is survived by his wife Irene "Faye" (Goldstein) Sugarman; four daughters Barbara (Bill) Debary, Marcia Sugarman, Robin (Andy) Osborg, and Marilyn (Jim) Procaccini; grandchildren Stacey Sugarman, Michelle Procaccini, and Angela Procaccini; great grandchildren Hailey, Shyanne, and Adrianna Snyder. The funeral will be held 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV.
