MARY ANNE FLYNN 84,of Sun City Center, FL passed away peacefully on Feb.15,2022. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie & Elizabeth Rapp, and daughter Cheryl Anne Coloney. Mary Anne is survived by her significant other, Dave Ruston, sons Rick and Don; as well as granddaughters Denise Flynn, Marisa, Justine & Camryn Coloney and son-in-law Scott Coloney. She was a longtime resident of Palatine, IL, where she raised her 3 children. She was an exceptional & trend-setting Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Realtors from the early 1970's until she retired to Largo, FL in the mid-90's to care for her parents. She helped hundreds of people realize their dream of home ownership and was loved by all. Mary Anne was an avid golfer, loved to travel and really enjoyed going on cruises with family & friends. She truly enjoyed helping people and will be remembered for that by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held at Sun City Center Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb.19th at 3 p.m. all friends and family are invited to attend. The location is Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Dr., Sun City Center, FL. In lieu of flowers, please send any memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital Fund.
